Return & Exchange Policy
At ShopAlchemix, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we are here to help.
Returns
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it. The product must also be in its original packaging with all tags attached.
Returns will not be accepted if the product shows signs of use, damage, or alteration.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for size or defective items, subject to stock availability. To request an exchange, please contact us first. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your exchange and ship the replacement product.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
