Refund policy

At Alchemix (operated by Ansh Wellness Pvt. Ltd.), we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. As our products are consumable health supplements, we follow strict safety and hygiene standards for returns.

Return window

You may request a return within 7 days of delivery. Requests made after 7 days cannot be accepted.

Eligibility

To qualify for a return, the product must be unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or partially used products cannot be returned or refunded, except where the product is defective.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, expired, or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging. Once verified, we will offer a free replacement or a full refund, including shipping charges.

How to initiate a return

Email us at accounts@shopalchemix.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable). Our team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions. Please do not ship items back without confirmation from us.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are issued via bank transfer to the account you provide.

Order cancellations

Orders can be cancelled free of charge any time before dispatch by emailing us with your order number. Once shipped, the order follows the standard return policy above.

Non-returnable items

Opened or used products, products purchased on clearance, and free promotional items are not eligible for return.
